Quick fixes
These answers are adapted from the game's Help topics. Available controls can vary by app version.
Tilting isn't registering. What should I try?
Return the phone to its neutral forehead position, then try one clear downward tilt for Correct or upward tilt for Pass. In Settings, adjust Tilt sensitivity: Gentle responds to smaller movements, Balanced is the middle setting, and Energetic requires a more deliberate tilt. If motion controls aren't available or are difficult to use, try the on-screen Correct and Pass controls.
How do I change the deck without losing the game?
From Results, choose Change Deck, then pick another deck or use Nipe Deck where available. In the supported Team Battle flow, the current teams, score, difficulty and turn progress carry over. Read the Packs & Decks Guide for more.
Can we pick up an unfinished game?
If the game is still saved, use Resume Game on the Home screen. It should restore the teams and score so the group can continue. If it restores incorrect information, please send feedback with your app version and what went wrong.
Why didn't a Highlight record?
Highlights are optional and off by default. Where available, check that they're enabled and camera access is allowed. Declining microphone access should only make clips silent. Low storage can also prevent recording; you can still play normally. Local clips are not automatically uploaded. See Privacy for how recording is handled.
Will Feedback or Suggestions send without Wi-Fi?
Normal bundled gameplay works offline. Depending on your app version, optional Feedback and Suggestions may be queued privately while offline and sent when connectivity returns. If a saved suggestion says Needs attention, open it to edit or cancel it. Submitting an idea never automatically publishes it.
What if I cannot use tilt or swipe gestures?
Essential actions have on-screen or tap alternatives where supported. Settings also provide accessibility options such as larger text or reduced motion. If an accessibility option doesn't work on your device, please tell us what happened and which Android version you're using.
Report an Early Access bug
Email kenyancharades@gmail.com. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and your phone/Android version if you know it. Screenshots are useful when they do not contain private information.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, private account information or recordings of other people unless they are genuinely necessary and everyone involved is comfortable with the disclosure.
Feedback and Suggestions
Current Early Access builds can send anonymous, voluntary Feedback and Suggestions over HTTPS. Gameplay and Help feedback use structured reports; Suggestions can propose a deck, cards or an app feature. Submissions may queue privately on your device until a connection is available, and accepted Suggestions are held for human review rather than published automatically. If a report remains queued or the app says the service is unavailable, keep the app data intact and contact support with your app version and approximate time. Do not email sensitive information or another person's details. See Privacy and Data & Permissions for retention and collection details.
Privacy and deletion requests
For privacy questions, access/correction/deletion requests or questions about optional analytics, use kenyancharades@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy, Data & Permissions and Data deletion pages for the current release behaviour and request steps.
